We have a building…. and a contract!

You won’t believe it! I know you won’t. But it’s true. We have… a building! More exclamation marks!
Yes, it is true, the collective has space, and it’s an awesome space… and you can be a part of this starting… now!
The building is more in the center of Rotterdam than the center itself, and one big plus is that it’s right above the Skihut bar, which I know you like. It’s on a the Stadhuisplein square next to the ‘lijnbaan’ shopping district, on the fourth floor. It’s important to mention that there’s no elevator. It’s about 340m2 and perfectly democratic in its configuration… everyone can have a window spot. It has 11 spaces.
We have the building for at least three years, and a projected two years beyond that. It’s in decent condition, some cosmetic changes to be made by us. We move in January 1st, but we’ll have access to the building in a few days to start painting and whatnot.
In order to make the finances work, we’ve dimmed some of the ‘managerial’ work of Richard and myself. This means lower rent, and more initiative left to the members of the collective.

What we’d like you to contribute:
- Fixing up your own space
- Some help for the meeting room, and so on
- Your own lighting
Minimum rentable period is 6 months, after that there will be a two month mutual cancellation notice. If you’re interested, let us know on short notice… we’ll be actively searching new members, and there’s only 9 spots left.
